These Terms & Conditions govern the use of Envoro’s website and services. By engaging Envoro or submitting a request for services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

Envoro provides waste collection, removal, and waste management services, including but not limited to:

Nitrous Oxide (N₂O) cylinder collection
E-waste and cardboard collection
Business and scheduled collection services
Waste management consultation services

Service availability is subject to site conditions, access, and safety requirements.

2. Quotes & Bookings

All quotes provided by Envoro are estimates based on the information supplied.
Final pricing may vary if site conditions, access, quantities, or materials differ from what was disclosed.
Bookings are not confirmed until acknowledged by Envoro.

3. Access & Safety Requirements

To ensure safe operations, the following conditions apply to all collections:

Items must be easily accessible at the time of collection
No staircases or hazardous access points are permitted
Collections must be at ground level or accessible by lift
Items must be accurately described and safely stored
Envoro reserves the right to refuse or reschedule services if access or safety requirements are not met

Additional charges may apply where access issues cause delays or additional labour.

4. Prohibited Materials

Envoro does not collect materials outside of its approved service scope.

Hazardous or restricted materials will not be accepted unless explicitly agreed in writing prior to service.

5. Consultation Services

Waste management consultations are advisory in nature and based on information available at the time of assessment. Recommendations provided do not guarantee regulatory approval or outcomes beyond Envoro’s service scope.

6. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made as early as possible
Late cancellations or site inaccessibility may result in fees
Envoro reserves the right to reschedule services due to operational, safety, or external factors

7. Limitation of Liability

Envoro takes reasonable care in delivering services. To the extent permitted by law:

Envoro is not liable for indirect or consequential loss
Liability is limited to the cost of the service provided

Nothing in these terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

8. Website Use
