Refund Policy

Envoro aims to deliver reliable and professional waste collection and consultation services. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be considered.

1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • Envoro cancels a confirmed service

  • Services cannot be delivered due to an error or fault on Envoro’s part

  • An incorrect charge has been applied

Where applicable, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

2. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:

  • Site access is unavailable at the scheduled time

  • Access or safety requirements are not met

  • Materials differ from what was declared at the time of booking

  • Services are delayed or impacted due to site conditions outside Envoro’s control

  • Late cancellations or no-shows

  • Services have already commenced or been completed

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Requests to cancel or reschedule should be made as early as possible

  • Envoro reserves the right to apply cancellation or attendance fees where applicable

  • Rescheduling is subject to availability

4. Consultation Services

Waste management consultation services are advisory in nature. Refunds are not available once a consultation has been delivered.

5. Assessment of Refund Requests

All refund requests are assessed on a case-by-case basis in accordance with this policy and applicable Australian Consumer Law.

Nothing in this policy excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.
